General Terms And Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Axelle Animya, a micro-entrepreneur registered in France, and any natural or legal person wishing to benefit from her personal and administrative assistance services.

 

1. Purpose
The axellepourvous.com website presents the services offered by Axelle Animya. Contact is made via a contact form or a Calendly link. No payments or orders are made directly on the site, as services are subject to a prior quotation.

 

2. Quotation and acceptance of conditions
All requests for services are subject to a detailed quote, valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Acceptance of the quotation implies full acceptance of these GCS.

 

3. Terms of payment
Payment on assignment: A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required before the start of the assignment. The balance is due at the end of the assignment, before delivery of the deliverables.

Subscription packages: Recurring services are invoiced monthly, payable on receipt.

Payment is made by bank transfer using the details provided on the invoice.

 

4. Late or non-payment
In the event of late payment, late payment penalties will be applied at a rate of 3 times the legal interest rate, as well as a fixed indemnity for collection costs of €40 in accordance with article L. 441-10 of the French Commercial Code.

 

5. Cancellation and postponement of services
Cancellation by the client: If the cancellation occurs after the deposit has been paid, the deposit remains due and will not be reimbursed.

Cancellation by Axelle Animya: In the event of force majeure, the service may be postponed or cancelled with reimbursement of the deposit.

6. Responsibility
Axelle Animya undertakes to provide the services with diligence and professionalism. However, Axelle Animya cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

7. Intellectual property and confidentiality
All content, documents or methods transmitted as part of the service remain the property of Axelle Animya, unless otherwise stated on the quotation. Similarly, all exchanges and information exchanged with the client are strictly confidential.

8. Applicable law and disputes
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be preferred before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of Lille.
